By downloading, installing, or using any applications developed by Kuma Apps, you agree to be bound by these standard Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of software distributed under the Kuma Apps developer accounts on Google Play and Apple App Store. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use our software.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
Kuma Apps grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and run our applications on devices you own or control.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from compiled proprietary binary builds, except where explicitly permitted under open-source component licenses.
3. Offline-First Responsibility & Backups
Because our applications are offline-first and do not sync data to centralized Kuma Apps servers, you are solely responsible for creating periodic backups of your data.
Kuma Apps cannot recover financial records, focus history, or habit logs lost due to device damage, OS resets, or app uninstallation without a prior user backup.
4. Disclaimer of Financial & Medical Advice
Paisa is an expense tracking tool and does not provide certified financial, accounting, or tax advice.
Pomodoro and Habits are productivity companions and do not provide medical or psychological treatment for attention disorders.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kuma Apps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our software.
